Phase I: Proposal
- Initially, we meet with
you,
review the job site and
any existing plans, and discuss
the objectives of the
project
- Based on information
gathered at this
meeting, we write a proposal,
which is then presented
to you
- At this point, we
may discuss additional
changes to the proposal,
based upon our review of
the plans, further
investigation into
project requirements,
etc.
- If you accept the
proposal, we present a
contract and payment
schedule
- After agreement and
a signed contract, we
will ask you for an
initial small deposit,
ensuring your place on
our schedule
- We work with you to
schedule the job
- If you will need to
make a selection as part
of finalizing the
materials, we will
present options and
confirm decisions before
starting the project
(items such as flagstone
patterns, concrete
colors, or other
materials selection)
- If applicable, we
will make suggestions to
optimize the plans for
implementation.
Occasionally, after we
investigate details,
we may see minor changes
that could
improve the end result
Phase II:
Implementation
During implementation, we
will:
- Coordinate with
partners and
sub-contractors every
step of the way,
including specialists
such as electricians,
finishers, etc.
- Coordinate
selection and delivery
of materials
- Hand-pick the plants
- Work with you to
be sure you are aware of
schedules, upcoming
deliveries and events
- Make an effort to
stay in touch, by phone
or e-mail, so even if
you are at work, you are
still part of the
process and kept up to
date
- Ask you to provide payments according
to the schedule
presented as part of the
contract
